My grandmother, Marcella, was a gifted cook who created delicious dishes with simple, fresh, and entirely homemade ingredients. For 20 years, she managed the kitchen at our Aunt's Hotel-Restaurant just outside of Rome, all while taking care of her family. Her dedication and skill were truly inspiring.

Honoring my Grandmother's Culinary Legacy through Our Authentic Cooking Classes and Events is our main goal.

At our cooking classes and events, we strive to uphold her values and teachings. We refuse to compromise on quality and infuse every dish with authenticity and passion.
